Pranassage is a one-on-one yoga experience with heavy hands-on assistance that will guide you towards
deep relaxation. You will experience the lightness of your being through gravity and pressure while slowly flowing through
various asanas (postures). Pranassage calls upon breath, touch and postures to bring Prana into our conscious awareness.
Prana is the vital energy force sustaining life and creation, and it is involved in physical, mental and spiritual health
and strength.
Experience deep relaxation.
One of the goals of a yoga practice
is to free up prana within the body. Through touch, pressure and postures, prana is made easier to feel. In a state of deep
relaxation, the logical conscious mind is no longer holding back prana. Through pranassage, you will be able to experience
deep conscious relaxation and physical relief. The mind is directed inward to witness the experience in the present moment
and the body is able to let go and open up.

Pranassage is available
to all. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and to your level of yoga experience. Pranassage appeals to people
with no previous yoga experience, as well as the seasoned practitioner of yoga or other forms of body-mind integration.
As the receiver, you should arrive in long loose fitting or stretchy pants and a comfortable top. I recommend
not eating a large meal 2-3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
